Professional Care Team

Our experienced management team and dedicated care staff are passionate about providing the highest standards of care.

Many of our team have worked at Dolwar for many years, creating continuity, familiarity and trusted relationships with residents and their families. All care staff are registered with Social Care Wales and receive ongoing professional training to ensure they provide compassionate, safe and person-centred care.

We take time to get to know every resident as an individual, understanding what matters most to them and supporting their personal choices, routines and independence.

Residents can enjoy a varied programme of activities designed around individual interests and abilities, including:

The Outdoors

Our accessible patio and garden provide a peaceful place to relax, socialise and enjoy the fresh air.

During the spring and summer months, residents can spend time outdoors enjoying afternoon tea, gardening activities or simply watching the local wildlife in a safe and peaceful setting.

Part of the community

Being part of the local community is an important part of life at Dolwar.

We enjoy strong links with the village, welcoming visits from Ysgol Llanbedrog, maintaining close relationships with local healthcare professionals and encouraging residents to remain connected with community life whenever possible. A bilingual service is offered throughout the home, ensuring residents can communicate comfortably in either Welsh or English.
